Do you have a limit to the number of boxes we can send?

There is no limit to the number of boxes when you send boxes with Kuwait Express Cargo. However, please make sure that the size of the boxes is not bigger than 0.342 CBM, which is about the size of an XL box with dimensions 71 × 53 × 91 centimeters.

How do I track my boxes?

Upon shipment of your box, you will receive an invoice with an invoice number on it. This invoice number serves as your tracking number. In the invoice, you can find a website link to an online tracking system. You can track your boxes on this website, or you may also call the contact numbers listed on your invoice for real-time status updates of your boxes.

How can I ensure safety on all items inside my boxes?

Containers with liquids such as cooking oils, soaps, detergents, and others must be sealed and taped properly to avoid leakage. Upon receiving the box from customers, Kuwait Express Cargo additionally wraps every box with a white sack and secures it with straps on all corners to ensure extra protection for every shipment.

How can we send items that do not fit inside the box?

If you have items that are odd or irregular in size, we at Kuwait Express Cargo can provide the right solution. Kuwait Express Cargo offers aluminum steel trunks in various sizes to accommodate special-sized packages.

For delicate and fragile appliances, Kuwait Express Cargo provides specially designed wooden crates to ensure maximum safety. Appliances are not allowed inside cartons, as cartons are relatively weak and may lead to damage. Instead, these items are securely placed in wooden crates to protect them from damage or scratches during transit.
